  • Payments may be requested via bank transfer or card through an invoicing link. Late payments may accrue interest and/or incur administrative fees as permitted by law.

7. Cancellations and rescheduling

Cancellations and rescheduling are governed by our Refund Policy and/or your specific project agreement. Retainers may be non‑refundable within a stated window; reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule subject to availability.

9. Disclaimers
